No verbal or written warranties are made except as contained herein. #This warranty is administered by Dmaxwrenchkit.com and it's provisions may change at any time without prior notice. All changes made to the warranty are retroactive for any and all purchases. A permanent copy is kept on file off this website as the official copy. Dmaxwrenchkit.com makes no representations regarding it's services. Contained herein are the sole provisions for Limited Lifetime Warranty service from Dmaxwrenchkit.com for it's rebuild services. *Dmaxwrenchkit.com's Limited Lifetime Warranty on materials and workmanship are limited to the repair or replacement of defective units only (NO REFUNDS) without regard to damages caused by such 'failure', subject to provisions contained herein. 'Failure' will be determined only by Dmaxwrenchkit.com after a PHYSICAL examination of adapter by Dmaxwrenchkit.com. Units Opened, tampered, MODIFIED, improperly operated, physically damaged units, and those with any parts removed or replaced are unwarranted and forfeit core deposit and warranty is voided. Repair service and charges will apply (See General Policies). WARNING Primer pump is designed only to fill the Filter with fuel and bleed air/fuel from the Bleed hole without the bleed screw in place. Priming/Pressurizing the system with the bleed screw closed will damage the unit verifiably, and leaks and failure to function will require repair. (Leaks around the primer pump base, unable to prime are symptoms) The primer pump will fail. Failure not covered under warranty. Repair charges will apply, and shipping costs for return will apply. Determination of these damages will be at the sole discretion of Dmaxwrenchkit.com's evaluation of a unit returned by customer for service. Customer is responsible for paying Official Warranty deposit and shipping charges to and from Dmaxwrenchkit.com until Dmaxwrenchkit.com's Determination of failure (See General Policies) All units sent in for inspection must be returned shipped prepaid by customer at their expense for inspection. Replacement units MAY be sent out while unit inspection is being completed by Dmaxwrenchkit.com (warranty core deposit may apply). The sole solution to a failed adapter is, repair (charges may apply) or replacement of the adapter only at the sole discretion of Dmaxwrenchkit.com and it's Owners, and managers subject to INSPECTION AND provisions contained herein. Units that are damaged in any way or repaired by owner or tampered, or have parts removed will forfeit the deposit in full and void warranty. Failure to cooperate with any Warranty provisions in full voids warranty. Dmaxwrenchkit.com may at it's discretion send Warranty Deposit requests without warranting the unit sent in for inspection. Units may or may not be covered under warranty provisions and forfeit of Warranty deposit may occur at sole discretion of Dmaxwrenchkit.com or it's managers. Failure to pay these requests voids warranty. Any incidental or Consequentially related losses by anyone and claims by anyone against Dmaxwrenchkit.com or it's owners, and managers are rendered null by this document posted for informational purposes only. Core must be the same model as the one you ordered. Failure to return core in timely manner (10 days from receipt of rebuilt unit) on core deposit invoice will result in fees up to forfeiture of core deposit. Customer requesting core return after inspection will pay shipping cost as invoiced by Dmaxwrenchkit.com. We may repair damaged units and refund a portion of the core deposit at our discretion.
